Operating Restrictions and Requirements Top
No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).
ALL FLIGHT OPS, INCLUDING UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM (UAS) OPS, ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN THE IDENTIFIED TFR AIRSPACE EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING:

A. ATC APPROVED FLIGHT OPERATIONS. ACFT MUST BE SQUAWKING ATC ASSIGNED DISCRETE CODE AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR AND MUST REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO COM WITH ATC.

B. THE FLIGHT OPERATION IS BEING CONDUCTED BY A UAS AND OBTAINS AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS THIS TFR AIRSPACE BY CONTACTING THE FAA SYSTEM OPERATIONS SUPPORT CENTER (SOSC) AT (202) 267-8276 PRIOR TO STARTING OPERATIONS.

MEDIA CONCERNS REGARDING THIS TFR SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO FAA PUBLIC AFFAIRS THROUGHT THE WASHINGTON OPERATIONS CENTER AT 202-267-3333.
