  1. ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPS COORDINATED DIRECTLY WITH THE LISTED POC ARE AUTH IN THE AIRSPACE.

  2. EXCLUDES MEXICAN AIRSPACE. ROY WALKER, TEL 760-455-1761, IS THE POINT OF CONTACT. THE LOS ANGELES /ZLA/ ARTCC, TEL 661-265-8205, IS THE CDN FAC.
