Operating Restrictions and Requirements Top
No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).
Except as specified below:

A. Approved law enforcement, approved military aircraft, approved air ambulance flights, and regularly scheduled commercial passenger, private charter, and all-cargo carriers operating under one of the following TSA-approved Standard Security Programs/Procedures: Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP), Full All-Cargo Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (FACAOSSP), Model Security Program (MSP), Twelve Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP) All Cargo, Private Charter Standard Security Program (PCSSP), Or All-Cargo International Security Procedure (ACISP) and are arriving into and/or departing from 14 CFR Part 139 airports.

B. All emergency/life saving flight (medical/law enforcement/firefighting) operations must coordinate with Tampa TRACON, prior to their departure at 813-878-2528 or 813-371-7748 to avoid potential delays.

C. Helicopter operations will be approved At Tampa International Airport (KTPA) on special routes established by TPA ATC. Helicopter operators that want to operate during this TFR must be briefed by TPA ATC no later than 0901292100 UTC (1600 local 01/29/09) to be authorized for these routes.

D. The Tampa /TPA/ TRACON, 813-878-2528 or 813-371-7748, is the FAA coordination facility.
