This NOTAM is a clarification To NOTAMs FDC 7/0206, 7/0211 and the DC metropolitan ADIZ/FRZ NOTAM published in the Notice To Airman publication (Class II). Practice approaches may be authorized for leesburg executive airport (JYO). To perform practice approaches at JYO the pilot must: A. File a DC ADIZ flight plan. B. Obtain and squawk the ATC-assigned discrete transponder code. C. Obtain ATC authorization to perform practice approaches. Note: The ingress/egress procedures for JYO may not be used for practice approaches. Authorization will be provided workload permitting. Unless otherwise authorized by ATC.
